Who we are

This site is run by NEWGENTECH LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17494394, registered office 26 Dupont Road, London, SW20 8EQ. Questions about this policy go to hello@newgentech.ai.

Your choice

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics only loads if you click Accept. If you click Reject, nothing is measured and the site works exactly the same.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

Strictly necessary

• ngt-consent (set by us, in your browser's local storage). Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we do not ask on every page. Kept until you clear your browser storage.

Functional

These run features you choose to use. They are not used to track you for advertising.

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) chat widget. Stores a session identifier so a conversation stays open as you move between pages. Kept for up to a year.
• Calendly booking widget. Sets cookies when you open the booking popup so the scheduler works, under Calendly's own cookie policy.

Analytics, only with consent

• _ga (Google Analytics). Distinguishes one visitor from another so we can count visits. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_<id> (Google Analytics). Keeps track of the current session. Expires after 2 years.

We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

Controlling cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking every cookie may stop the chat or booking widgets from working, but the rest of the site will be fine.
