Website terms
Last updated 20 July 2026
The terms on which you use this website, what our tools are and are not, and where our responsibility ends.
These terms, and what they cover
By using this website you accept these terms. They govern your use of the site itself — the pages, the calculator, the contact forms and the booking links.
They are not the terms of any work we do for you. If you engage NewGenTech to build something, that is covered by a separate written agreement setting out scope, price and deliverables, and that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.
NEEDS_DETAIL: registered company name, company number and registered office address.
Nothing here is advice
This is the most important section on this page, so it is not buried at the bottom.
NewGenTech is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, is not a firm of solicitors regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and is not a firm of chartered or certified accountants. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accountancy advice, and nothing here should be acted on as though it were.
The advisory fee calculator is an illustration. It applies arithmetic to figures you type in. It knows nothing about your circumstances, your objectives, your tax position or your risk tolerance, and its output is not a recommendation, a projection, or a suitability assessment. Do not make a financial decision on the strength of it — speak to someone authorised to advise you.
Where we write about regulatory matters — Consumer Duty, SRA transparency rules, Making Tax Digital, anti-money-laundering obligations — we are describing the operational context our clients work in so that what we build fits it. We are not interpreting those rules for you. Your own compliance obligations remain entirely yours, and the regulator's guidance beats ours every time.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system.
- Submit anyone else's personal details through our forms without their knowledge.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this site accurate, and where we cite a figure we link to a source you can check for yourself. We do not guarantee that everything is complete or current at every moment, and the site is provided on an 'as is' basis.
We do not promise the site will always be available or uninterrupted. It is hosted infrastructure and occasionally hosted infrastructure has a bad day.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — to a regulator, a research publisher, a piece of software we integrate with, or one of our own demonstrations — we do not control what is on the other end. A link is not an endorsement of everything that site does, and we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Our own work shown on this site
The projects shown on this site are NewGenTech's own builds and demonstrations. Global Wealth in particular is a demonstration site for a firm that does not exist — the name, the people and every figure on it are invented, and it is not a client project.
We have no client case studies on this website. Where we cite third-party research, it is attributed and linked, and it describes that third party's findings rather than results we produced for anyone.
Our liability
We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it.
If you are using this site in the course of a business, nothing on it forms part of any contract between us unless we have said so in writing and signed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
