Why we started.
We did not come to this from marketing. We came from inside the industry — financial planning, quantitative analysis, actuarial risk and capital modelling. We have sat on the other side of the desk, and we know how professional services firms actually win work.
What we kept seeing was a gap. Firms with genuine expertise and real credentials were represented online by websites that said nothing, answered no one after 5pm, and left every enquiry to sit in an inbox until someone got round to it. The work was excellent. The front door was not.
NewGenTech exists to close that gap. We build sites that establish trust quickly, and we wire intelligent automation behind them so that a serious enquiry is captured, qualified, and routed to a human while the interest is still warm. The same analytical rigour we brought to modelling risk, we bring to measuring whether a website is doing its job.
