The operating layer a small firm actually needs, in place of the six tools it currently pays for.

Every firm we work with runs some version of the same stack: a CRM that holds half the client record, an email platform that holds the other half, a scheduler that knows about neither, a document store, a spreadsheet that quietly became load-bearing, and an automation tool stitching them together. None of it was chosen as a system. It accumulated.
The cost of that accumulation is rarely the subscriptions. It is that no single view of a client exists, so answering an ordinary question — where did this enquiry come from, what have we sent them, what is outstanding — means opening four tabs and trusting that they agree. For a two- or three-person firm that overhead is a meaningful fraction of the week.
BusinessOS is our attempt at the alternative: leads, clients, content, and automation in one operating layer, with a single client record that every part of the system reads from. It is currently in development and is not available to buy or trial. We are building it against our own operations first, on the principle that a tool for running a small professional firm should be proven by someone running one.
Decisions worth recording
One client record, not six synced copies
Most integration problems in a small firm's stack are really consistency problems between systems that each believe they own the client. Making one record authoritative removes an entire category of bug rather than automating around it.
Built against our own operations first
We are the first user. It is slower than designing from interviews, and it is the only reliable way we know to find out which features are genuinely load-bearing and which just demo well.
No launch date announced
We would rather say nothing about availability than name a date and move it. When there is something worth trialling, it will be on this page.
Why it matters
BusinessOS exists because the automation work we do for clients keeps hitting the same ceiling: you can automate a process beautifully and still lose the benefit if the underlying client data lives in four systems that disagree. Solving that properly needs a product, not another integration.
